Yes — every diamond is a natural, mined stone graded and certified by GIA. We do not use synthetic, lab-grown, or simulant stones unless explicitly stated in the product description.

925 silver can oxidise when exposed to air, moisture, or chemicals. We coat our pieces with rhodium plating for added protection. Each order includes an anti-tarnish pouch. We also offer free lifetime polishing.

Absolutely. Select the engraving option at checkout (up to 20 characters). Custom engraved pieces take an additional 3–5 working days and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

We offer one free resize within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact our support team and we'll arrange collection. Resizing takes 7–10 working days.
