MADE TO ORDER
Every Silvora Carats piece is handcrafted to order with meticulous attention to detail, using the finest materials 925 Sterling Silver and hand-selected, ethically sourced gemstones. Quality and craftsmanship are at the heart of everything we create.
Please allow 3–4 weeks for your piece to be handmade and shipped.

Once your payment has cleared and your order is confirmed at checkout, you will receive an automated email with your order invoice. Have questions? Don't hesitate to reach out we're here to help.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship all orders with full insurance and signature confirmation to ensure your piece arrives safely. Shipping timelines begin after your piece has been completed (approximately 2-3 weeks from order date).
Shipping Damage
If your piece arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@silvoracarats.com to request a replacement. Please include a clear photo of the damaged piece in your email so we can assess the issue promptly.
After the 24-hour window, we are unable to offer a replacement, but you are welcome to send the piece in for elective repair (see Repairs section below).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery, provided all of the following conditions are met:
All returns and exchanges are closely inspected upon receipt. If an item shows any signs of wear, scratches, resizing, damage, or use, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their custom nature, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:

RESIZING
We want every Silvora Carats piece to fit you perfectly. We offer complimentary resizing within 30 days of delivery for ring orders simply cover the cost of return shipping to us.

DEFECTS
We take great pride in the quality of every piece we make. If you believe your Silvora Carats piece has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@silvoracarats.com with the following:
We will assess each case individually and work with you toward a satisfactory resolution whether that is a repair, replacement, or exchange.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We understand that circumstances change. Cancellations are handled as follows:
◆ Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, minus any credit card processing fees
◆ After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee, as each piece is made to order and materials are sourced specifically for your item
