At Silvora Carats, we believe a custom piece is never just an object. It is a story set in metal and stone - a marker of a moment, a feeling made permanent. Every piece we create begins with listening.

We see every creation as a shared journey - a true collaboration between you and our team, where your instincts guide the design and our craft gives it life. The result is jewellery that reflects both precision and personal sentiment.

Consultations are always complimentary. There is no charge for customisation, because your story deserves to shine without compromise.

The Process

01. Initial Consultation

Bring your inspiration and imagination. We often receive photos, screenshots and even drawings from clients that help to translate their vision. You can start with a design that exists or we can work with you to create something new - whatever truly represents you. Our design team then send a quote based on your inspiration, and your chosen components (precious metal type, gemstones etc.)

02. Selecting a Stone

You’ll be guided through the world of gemstones to pick out the perfect stone to match your style and budget. Whether you choose a lab grown diamond, sapphire or moissanite, we have you covered with a wide variety of shapes, sizes and colours.

03. Designing Your Piece

Once your design is finalized and the order has been placed, we will visualize your custom ring using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to ensure every detail is to your specifications, down to the millimeter. This system enables you to view your design, allowing us to precisely control the exact piece and gemstone measurements so that your stone fits the setting perfectly. This design is a work in progress between you and our design team, and we ensure that each detail is just right before moving on to the crafting stage.

04. Crafting Your Piece

Once you have approved the design, our in-house jewellers will begin crafting. Your piece will be completed within 8-10 weeks from your order date. Once completed, we can deliver it directly to your door in discrete packaging.
